Blackbeard’s Tea Party announce new album ‘We Are People’

‘We Are People’, the new album by Blackbeard’s Tea Party, is due for release in September 2024.

 

Blackbeard’s Tea Party continue to put their signature twist on British folk music with a contemporary rock sound. On this new collection they explore the past and the present to ask what it means to be British right now – from personal, political and piratical perspectives.

 

The band will be taking the album on tour this autumn / winter, performing these new tracks along with classics from their back catalogue.

• 25th October 2024 – The Acorn, Penzance
• 26th October 2024 – Ragged Bear Festival, Nuneaton
• 1st November 2024 – Lowdham Village Hall, Nottinghamshire
• 16th November 2024 – Reepham & Cherry Willingham Village Hall, Lincolnshire
• 17th November 2024 – The Stables, Milton Keynes
• 22nd November 2024 – Victoria Hall, Settle, North Yorkshire
• 29th November 2024 – Otley Courthouse
• 30th November 2024 – The Musician, Leicester
• 1st December 2024 – Alexander’s Live, Chester
• 6th December 2024 – The Crescent, York
• 7th December 2024 – John Peel Centre, Stowmarket
